Art school years ago, basically self taught since then. This is my new second career! I'm learning quite a bit about the art world and it's tendencies. There are so many talented artist out there and many of them are listed here. I'm not real sure if being the artist or the gallery is the better place to be.:) I also wonder how much the economy is affecting the art world. As it has for many many years.
I am a retired Manufacturing Engineer, from the automotive industry. I believe that my artistic abilities contributed to my engineering success. I believe that art comes natural to everyone, but requires much practice to develop. Now that I have the whole day to develop my art. Practice comes easy and I find it very enjoyable. I also believe that it is a personal experience that comes with it's own rewards.
